# We don’t replace your stack. We orchestrate it.

Zenda sits above the tools you already rely on and weaves them into one branded guest experience — more than 50 hospitality platforms ready to connect, plus custom API integration for the rest.

## Property Management (PMS)

Reservations, folios and guest profiles stay in sync with your property management system in real time.

## POS & Dining

Restaurant, bar, pro-shop and retail charges flow onto one guest tab; reservations and waitlists sync live.

## Golf management

Tee-time booking, cart reservations and member accounts connect directly to the stay.

## Access & mobile keys

BLE mobile keys and access control unlock the room and the amenities from the same app.

## Loyalty & CRM

Loyalty tiers, segments and lifecycle messaging run on your CRM and feel native inside the guest app.

## Payments

One secure wallet for rooms, rounds, dining and retail, settled through the processor you already use.

## Content (CMS)

Property content flows straight into the guest app with no double entry and always on-brand.

## Integration questions

Does Zenda integrate with our PMS or POS?

Zenda ships native API adapters for the platforms listed on this page, including Oracle Opera, Mews, Stayntouch and Cloudbeds on the PMS side and Lightspeed, Toast, Micros, SevenRooms and OpenTable on POS and dining. If your system is not listed, a custom API integration path covers it.

What if our system is not on the list?

Zenda adds custom API integrations for systems outside the pre-built set. The connector work is scoped during discovery and is still typically measured in weeks rather than months, because the orchestration layer, guest app and data model already exist.

Who builds and maintains the integrations?

Shockoe, the team behind Zenda, builds and maintains the adapters. Keeping connectors current as a platform changes its API is handled as part of the Zenda subscription.
