# A subscription that scales with what you need.

Zenda is priced modularly, so a property only pays for the guest experience it actually runs.

## Base platform

The orchestration layer connecting your PMS and POS, a white-label web and native app, the AI concierge, and an analytics dashboard — the foundation every property starts with.

## Add-on modules

Turn on only the modules a property uses. Each one is billed independently and nothing converts automatically, so the subscription always matches what's actually running.

## Choose the modules you need

Every property starts with the base platform, then adds the modules that fit its guest journey.

### Stay

Room booking, mobile check-in, digital keys and in-stay requests.

### Play

Tee times, activities, spa and cabana booking with live availability.

### Dine

Reservations, mobile ordering and one-tap payment across every outlet.

### Loyalty & rewards

One points balance that earns and redeems across every service.

### Guest services

Concierge chat, requests, itineraries and real-time updates.

### Payments & wallet

A single secure folio for the whole stay.

## Pricing questions

How is Zenda priced?

Zenda uses a modular monthly subscription: a base platform plus the modules a property actually uses — Stay, Play, Dine, Loyalty & rewards, Guest services, and Payments & wallet. You choose what stays active; nothing converts automatically, so you only pay for what the property uses.

Do we pay for modules we are not using?

No. Each module is added or removed independently, so a hotel that only needs Stay and Guest services is not billed for golf or loyalty functionality it does not use.

Is there a setup or implementation fee?

Implementation is scoped during discovery based on which systems you connect and is quoted alongside your subscription. Because Zenda integrates through pre-built API adapters rather than a custom build, implementation is typically measured in weeks, not months.

How does pricing work for a multi-property group?

Hospitality groups running more than one property are priced per property, with portfolio-level terms available. Each property still gets its own branded app while the group manages billing and reporting centrally.

Where can I see exact pricing for my property?

Because pricing depends on the modules you need and the systems you connect, request a demo and we will map Zenda to your property and provide a specific quote.
